Why UX Design?

Everyone understands things differently. I was always perplexed by how some people can understand how to use something and others don’t. Is it because of their background, culture, or education? How do we know if it's easy to connect the dots for everyone? I love problem-solving and thinking of unique ways to make things better for people.
